Mary (Cozzetto) Dellino

Mary Antoinette (Cozzetto) Dellino, 93, passed on to the Kingdom of Heaven on September 15, 2024 where she was reunited with her beloved husband Frank, son Steve, her parents, brothers Joe and Michele, nephew Jeffrey, and numerous friends. Mary was born August 30, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Joseph and Pasqualina Cozzetto, who immigrated to New York from Calabria, Italy. Mary’s father died when she was 7, and when her mother left them orphaned at 15, Mary and her brother Joe bravely boarded a train and headed west to the unknown in Spokane where they were greeted by extended family, Julia and George Cozzetto and their six children. The Cozzetto family loved them like their own. Mary graduated at the age of 16 from Marycliff High School. She met her future husband Frank in Spokane, and in 1951 they married. Donald Jacob Keck

On September 13, 2024, Donald Jacob Keck, formerly of Startup, WA, passed away at the age of 82 in Newport, WA. Donald (Don) was born on March 3, 1942 in Snohomish, WA. After graduating from Sultan High School, he went on to work in several places including the Seattle-Snohomish Lumber Mill before finally working for Boeing for several decades, from where he proudly retired. Don was a kind, friendly man to all he came in contact with. Like his father, no one was a stranger to Don. He loved a good laugh and always dished out a gentle ribbing to keep you on your toes. One of his greatest pleasures was lingering over a cup of coffee with his friends and playfully teasing the waitresses at the Dutch Cup Restaurant. Carol Frances Baker (Bennett,Jacobsen, Reyer)

Born to James and Frances Baker on August 1, 1937 in Snohomish Washington. Carol passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, August 23, 2024 from stroke complications and dementia. Carol was the oldest of three children – siblings Tom Baker and Marilyn Howell. Carol is preceded in death by her grandparents Frank Nickerman (former Mayor of Snohomish) and Minnie Whitfield Nickerman, her parents James Baker and Frances Nickerman Baker, spouses Farrell Bennett, Ronald Jacobsen, and George Reyer, brother James Thomas Baker, brother-in-law Wes Howell. Carol leaves behind her 6 children and son or daughter in-laws and significant others: Mark Bennett (significant other Deb), Debbie Bennett-Wilson (Geoff), Brad Bennett (significant other Cindy and former daughter in law Karie Dovre Bennett), Brenda Bennett Smithson (Phillip), Cindy Webb (David), Rhonda Jacobsen Nwaeze (Emeka). Anita Jean Flowers Ricci

Anita Jean Flowers Ricci passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024, at United General Hospital in Sedro-Woolley, WA. She was born in Mount Vernon, WA on August 21, 1930. Anita graduated in 1948 from Mount Baker High School. Later in life, she pursued a correspondence course in bookkeeping and enjoyed that profession for many years. Anita is survived by her sister Patricia Bass, her 4 children, Cathy (Shawn) Stevens, Cheryl Pearson, Bill (Julie) Pearson and Linda (Dale) Miller, and step-son Ted (Jennifer) Ricci; grand-children include Sam Pearson, Joe (Ariel) Pearson, Stefan Pearson-Boyce (Kandi) and Mikaela Pearson, Amanda and Lindsey Miller, Benton (Andrea) Ricci and Brandon Ricci; great-grandchildren Daisy Miller, Riley Pearson-Boyce, Nicholas, Matthew and Parker Pearson and Braydon, Corbin, Easton, Dana, and Olivia Ricci. Ann Dobbs Tuohy

Vida Ann Dobbs Tuohy, longtime Snohomish, Wash., resident, died on July 16 in Mill Creek, Wash. She was born on Jan. 20, 1927, in Everett, Wash., the only child of Thomas E. Dobbs and Vida Anderson Dobbs. (Tom Dobbs owned and published the Snohomish Tribune from 1922-1955.) They preceded her in death, as did her husband Cedric E. M. Tuohy, Jr., her eldest son C. Thomas Tuohy and her infant daughter Elizabeth. She is survived by her son Craig (Marilyn) Tuohy and her daughter Claire Tuohy-Morgan (Harvey Morgan); six grandchildren: Julia and Edward (Katie) Tuohy; Vaughan (Jenny) and Adrian (Michelle) Tuohy; Matthew and Thomas Morgan; and three great-grandchildren. Ann and Ced grew up together in Snohomish and were proud Snohomish High grads, and residents for all but their final years, spent in Everett. The kids in their neighborhood, the “Avenue C Gang,” were friends for life. They loved to tell …

Barbara Louise McPherson

Barbara Louise McPherson (Wallace) passed away on August 23, 2024. Barbara was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin to Ada and Orland Wallace on December 22, 1939. The Wallace family moved to Sultan, Washington in 1943. Barbara attended Sultan schools and proudly graduated as a Turk in 1958. On November 10, 1961, Barbara married the love of her life, Perry McPherson. The two were married for 53 years before Perry’s passing in 2014. Their love for one another and for their family is a testament and inspiration to all who knew them. Barbara lived a full and glorious life. She loved to travel with Perry in their motorhome. Camping, fishing, crabbing, sightseeing...they loved doing and seeing it all together. The two were inseparable. Barbara always enjoyed visiting with her many friends, classmates, co-workers, loved ones, and never turned down the opportunity to visit a local casino, watch a classic Western or bake …
