Charles Clayton Heinitz
September 14, 1933 - June 28, 2024
Charles Clayton Heinitz who was born September 14th, 1933, passed peacefully at the age of 90 on June 28th, 2024 with his family close. His wife Margaret “Peg” Prouty Heinitz proceeded his passing by 6 years, and he missed her every day.
Charles, or Chuck, as he was known, was the father of Bradford, Victoria, and Justin. He is survived also by one brother, many cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as 3 grandchildren.
During his years he was a small business owner, a painter, pre-hung doors and pre-finished cabinets. He was most proud of his years in the Navy, and never missed a chance to thank others for their service. His keen sense of humor and engaging conversations will be missed.
He and Margaret are to be placed at rest at Tahoma National Cemetery.
