Karen Guzak is right, we, the people, must take action in these difficult times (March 5 Tribune letters).
U.S. Rep. DelBene has a portal on her website for stories of how these executive orders are harming us. Or call any of our representatives and Senators at 202-224-3121 and speak against all of these harmful actions by the administration. The recent Supreme Court decision said the President must fund USAID for the work already done. This doesn’t mean that USAID’s life-saving work is back. We still have to ask our members of Congress to demand that USAID programs be restored. Together we can do this work of saving our democracy.
