The first half was hard fought with the Bearcats trailing 24 - 29 at the Half break. The second half was all Warriors, with three players scoring in the double digits overall.
Monroe won the District 3A North championship earlier. Their opponent, Edmonds-Woodway, was the District 3A South champion.
The larger all-team 3A Districts Championships began later in the week last week. Monroe is seeded No. 3 while Edmonds-Woodway is seeded No. 1.
In 3A girls, the Snohomish Panthers are seeded No. 1 for the 3A District tournament.
