While losing two games over the weekend, including the season finally on Sunday, the Sox were able to split the series by taking three wins over Spokane. Saturdays game was highlighted by the Sox players wearing jerseys promoting the new Fox television show “Rescue: Hi-Surf.” The season’s final game on Sunday closed out the teams 40th season in Everett as they finished with an overall record of 64-68. Ben Williamson led the team offensively with a .315 batting average and Josh Hood hit a team high 15 home runs. On the mound, pitcher Troy Taylor led the team with a 1.50 ERA, and Ty Cummings led with 124 strike outs. The AquaSox return to Everett next year with the season home-opener scheduled for April 8.
