Everett Silvertips lead WHL standings

The Chiefs outscored the Tips 4-3. A Silvertips game recap says Smith got two of the three scores. Tips forward Dominik Rymon, of the Czech Republic, got a shot in with 29.5 seconds remaining in the third period to tie the game and force overtime. Spokane player Berkly Catton got the score in the race to conclude the game.

On Sunday, Nov. 24, the Everett Silvertips bested the Kamloops Blazers 5-2 in an away game at the Sandman Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia.

The Tips’ next home games are Wednesday, Nov. 27 hosting the Victoria Royals, and  Friday, Nov. 29 hosting the Kelowna Rockets. Both start at 7:05 p.m. 

The Everett team was ranked atop the Western Hockey League  standings with a 19-3 conference record as of Monday.
