Everett freshman pitcher Mia Hoekendorf pitched a no-hit five innings and gave up eight walks to lead the Seagulls. Both teams head to the State 3A tournament in Lacey this week. Also going to State are the Cascade Bruins, who won an 8-7 extra inning game over Meadowdale, and the Monroe Bearcats, who took a 10-3 win to clinch the league’s final berth to go to State.
