To the Editor:
I like the Kla Ha Ya parade and community efforts and support.
I don’t like the rotting and smelly horse crap in front of my place for weeks after. Could organizers charge the horse people extra and have the city clean up afterwards (that day or next)? It’s on my car tires and now in my garage and piles still on Lincoln. Yuck!!
