SNOHOMISH — The Snohomish Little League 8-10 All-Stars baseball team bested District 1 and entered the state tournament last week.
Meanwhile, Snohomish Little League’s U10 softball team played in the championship rounds. They took two losses to Woodinville and placed runner-up in the double-elimination championship.
On Saturday, the baseball team took a 11-6 win over Pullman to advance.
The baseball tournament is being held at Snider Park in Poulsbo, the North Kitsap Little League’s home field. The softball tournament was held in Ridgefield in southern Washington state.

SNOHOMISH -- The Snohomish Little League U10 baseball team got through three rounds of the State tournament until taking a 1-2 loss to Richland National Monday, July 22.
