2024 Prodigies for Peace contest winners



SNOHOMISH COUNTY — Students from across Snohomish County wrote and drew of why Martin Luther King Jr. is meaningful for the 23rd annual Prodigies For Peace contest.
The winners were recognized at the Sunday MLK Celebration on Jan. 14 and at the MLK March and program at the VOA Carl Gipson Center on Martin Luther King Jr. Day Jan. 15.
The contest was sponsored by the Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee.

Essay winners:
• Grades 3-5:

3rd place: Jacklyn Lam - Olivia Park Elementary
