To the Editor:
I carelessly allowed my phone to fall out of my pocket on the Centennial Trail one Friday night recently. You can imagine my dismay. Some kind person found it and returned it to the police department. Though the office wasn’t open, he or she propped it in the door handle. When the police received my call and learned “Find My Phone” placed it in the parking lot, he opened the door and found the phone! Thanks to that upright citizen, the AI robot that took my call and routed it correctly, and the kind officer who brought the phone to my house. Snohomish is a wonderful town.
