Adults and children alike enjoyed food, a DJ and made a fun mess throwing powdered colors on Saturday, April 6 as part of a festival to celebrate Holi at the Carnegie Building in Snohomish. Event organizers described that “Holi is a Hindu spring festival symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the arrival of spring.” The first half of the event was cultural performances from renowned Indian artists inside the historical Carnegie Building.
