Second Snohomish Midtown Planning meeting is this Tuesday

SNOHOMISH — During Meeting #2 of the Midtown Planning District Task Force those attending the meeting will be able to vote their preferences along with Task Force members during a Visual Preference Survey.

Task Force members will be shown over 45 photographs of a variety of types of mixed-use, commercial, office/business park, and multi-family residential development as well as examples of open space uses.  They will be asked to rate each example.

The meeting will take place remotely only 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25.  Due to the state’s restriction on meeting size in response to the Covid-19 pandemic this meeting will be held via the Zoom platform or calling in the same way Meeting #1 was.

The visual preference survey will be an interactive activity where Task Force members and everybody who is attending the meeting via Zoom will be able to rate each example 1-5; with 5 being “I love it” and 1 being “Unacceptable – something about it should be prohibited”.
