SNOHOMISH — There are now three, not one, underage girls tied into the case against Frank Sandoval, a brewer at SnoTown Brewery.
His jury trial is scheduled to start Oct. 27 this week. He had pleaded not guilty previously to accusations of molesting a pre-teen girl.
Two additional women are in a supplemental probable cause document filed Oct. 18 stating they were molested by Sandoval about 10 years ago when they were teens and he was in his mid-30s.
The incidents happened on family camping trips and in Sandoval’s home where he offered music and singing lessons. The pattern is of unwanted fondling.
In one woman’s case, allegedly Sandoval kissed her multiple times when she was 15, and would manhandle her to force her body up against his or have her sit on his lap.
In the other woman’s case, she took up music lessons at Sandoval’s home and he’d make unwanted advances. Prosecutors wrote that on the third lesson, he had her sit on his lap and he began putting his hand up her shirt before she halted him from doing so. He’d also “repeatedly hug her and touch her on her body in ways that made her uncomfortable,” prosecutors wrote.
Sandoval was initially charged with molesting a pre-teen family friend who did jobs in the cannery of the brewery. The girl told police that he’d pull her into his lap without asking, and had put his hand up her shirt.
