Snohomish Wine Festival back for March 4

SNOHOMISH — Snohomish’s burgeoning winemaker scene will be happy to have you try their latest all in one place at the Snohomish Wine Festival March 4.
You’d need four hands to count how many wineries are participating. There will also be two breweries, two distilleries, two cideries and Glory Kombucha.
The festival is the Snohomish Chamber of Commerce’s biggest fundraiser.
More than half are based in the Snohomish area, such as new participants Covale Cellars and Florence Cellars, Chamber manager Nancy Keith said. Returnees include Rush Lattin, Cavelero Hill
and Laterus.
“It’s going to be a fantastic event!” Keith said by email.
The festival happens at Thomas Family Farms, 9010 Marsh Road Saturday, March 4 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Ticket prices have increased from $40 to $50, but the number of tasting tokens you get increased as well, from seven tokens to eight. VIP sessions are also available.
This is a 21-and-up event.
Tickets available through the Chamber’s event webpage, www.snohomishchamber.org/winefestival
