Update: On Saturday, May 15, a food truck stand will be outside
Funko HQ downtown.

Food trucks to park outside Funko HQ soon

But wait, there's more

EVERETT — Starting this week, food trucks are again serving lunch at the Riverside Business Park at the Port of Everett, 415 Riverside, every Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for the summer.
Downtown isn’t left out, though, as a food truck spot outside Funko’s store at California Street and Wetmore Avenue is in the works.
It will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays when the company has its exclusive toy release days. “We thought it is a good fit,” said Lori Johnson, the director of the Washington State Food Truck Association.
One or two more truck spots will be set up downtown in later summer, Johnson said.
The popular truck lot at Beverly Park (6731 Beverly Blvd.) continues Tuesdays through Saturdays for lunch and dinner service.
There are about 85 trucks that serve Snohomish County with a variety of food, Johnson said. A huge number are mom-and-pop local operators.
