Have fun this Fourth of July

SNOHOMISH COUNTY — Here are some events for the Fourth of July:

Everett Colors of Freedom 4th of July Parade, Festival & Fireworks: Located in downtown Everett, the parade will take place at 11 a.m. near Colby & Wetmore aves.
That afternoon, the festival will take place at Legion Park Bluff and will feature a parade, food, live music, and fireworks. The fireworks start at 10 p.m. There will be no parking available at the park, but Everett Transit will be running shuttles throughout the day.

USA Birthday Bash: Held at the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, gates will open at 3 p.m, with the main event happening at 6 p.m. There will be a Demo Derby, Bus Racing, Figure 8 Racing, Fireworks and more. Ticket availability will be on a first come first serve basis.  Tickets for adults are $22, Juniors 6-17 $12, Seniors $15 and Kids 5 & Under Free.

Edmonds Kind of Fourth: This parade and fireworks display will feature local bands, businesses, and groups all coming together in downtown Edmonds. The parade begins at 12 p.m., and fireworks will be shot off at 10 p.m. and can be viewed at Civic Field.

Mountlake Terrace Independence Day Celebration: Held at Evergreen Playfield, 22205 56th Avenue W., this event will have a DJ, inflatables, clowns, and fireworks starting at 5 p.m. The Mountlake Terrace High School Alumni Jazz Band will perform from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m., and children's performer Tim Noah will do his act at 6 p.m. Fireworks can be viewed directly from the field and will start at 10 p.m.
