Harlan Edson Foote
6/11/1943 – 11/23/17

Harlan Edson Foote was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire to Wells and Gladys Eliza Foote.
Harlan was preceded in death by his mother and father, his siblings Wells Jr, Lois Ann, and Hubert Foote.
Harlan passed on Nov 23, 2017 of underlining health conditions.
He is survived by his partner Rose Tubbs, his daughters Melanie Thayer and Darcy Mercadante (Tony), his step children Vicky Drudge (Dan), Molly Pascua (Tony), Kennedy Waddell of Neah Bay, WA and his brother Emery Foote (Norma) of Weeki Wachee, FL and sister in law Lucy Foote of Niceville, FL as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Harlan was raised in Elliot, Maine. He served our country in the Vietnam and Desert Storm Wars as a flight engineer in the US Air Force and retired Air National Guard. He attended Wentworth Tech College in Boston, Massachusetts, where he studied technical design and engineering. He worked as a heavy duty truck parts salesman. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and shrimping in the Puget Sound. He also loved hiking or visiting Mount Rainier.
Donations can be made to the Swedish Transplant Center. Memorial services will be scheduled after the New Year. Notice will follow.
